These terms apply to your use of troveiq. Please read them with the troveiq Privacy Policy, which forms part of them. By activating your account you agree to both.
1.1 troveiq is operated by troveiq Pty Ltd (ACN 701 259 172, ABN 65 701 259 172) of Suite 1, 282 High Street, Penrith NSW 2750 (troveiq, we, us). In these terms, you means the property investor who holds the account.
2.1 troveiq gives you a private document vault for your investment properties, a unique vault email address for receiving documents, property and equity insights, and loan rate monitoring.
2.2 Your account belongs to you. You can export your documents at any time.
2.3 We use reasonable endeavours to keep troveiq available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Features may change over time; we will give you notice of any change that materially reduces the service.
3.1 If you were invited by your property manager or real estate agency (your agency), your agency pays for your access and troveiq carries your agency's name and branding. troveiq is provided free of charge to you while you are a client of that agency.
3.2 Your agency cannot access, view, download or use the contents of your vault. Your agency can see that you have been invited and activated, and summary-level activity as described in section 5 of the Privacy Policy. Your agency never sees your figures, your loan details, or anything to do with reviewing or refinancing a loan.
3.3 Your agency may send your property documents to your vault by email from its property management software.
4.1 Documents you or your agency send to your vault, and the information in them, belong to you. You give troveiq a licence to store, process and extract information from them to provide the service to you.
4.2 To read, classify and extract information from documents, troveiq uses a third-party artificial intelligence service. Document content is sent to that service for processing, which may occur outside Australia, currently in the United States. The provider deletes the content within 30 days, except where it is flagged under the provider's usage policies, and does not use it to train its models. The Privacy Policy lists our providers and where they process information.
4.3 You must only send documents to your vault that you are entitled to share, and must not upload unlawful content.
5.1 troveiq compares market interest rates with the loan details in your vault and shows you your position inside the portal. This is general information only.
5.2 Loan reviews and any resulting loan services are provided by Your Loan Store, a business name of Mindspark Ventures Pty Ltd, Credit Representative 000561256 of LMG Broker Services Pty Ltd, Australian Credit Licence 517192. Your Loan Store is a related party of troveiq, and may receive commission from lenders on loans it arranges. Your agency receives no commission or other benefit from any loan.
5.3 Your Loan Store will only contact you if you ask it to, for example by requesting contact through the rate checker in the portal, or in connection with a loan enquiry, application or existing loan you have with it. Asking is optional and never a condition of using troveiq.
5.4 troveiq may email you when there is new rate information in your portal. These emails contain no rate, saving or product details, are sent no more than once every 90 days, and can be switched off in your portal settings.
5.5 You are under no obligation to use Your Loan Store or any other provider. Your agency is never told whether you requested, received or acted on a loan review.
6.1 troveiq shows positions, estimates and ranges. It does not give financial, credit, tax, legal or real estate advice, and troveiq is not licensed to do so. Property values, equity positions and rate comparisons are indicative only and are not formal valuations. Before acting, get advice from an appropriately licensed person.
7.1 You must keep your login secure, provide accurate information, and use troveiq lawfully. You must not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or misuse the platform or any data displayed in it.
8.1 troveiq owns the platform, including its software, design and analytics. We may create aggregated, de-identified statistics from platform use, as described in the Privacy Policy. These never identify you.
9.1 If you appoint another agency that uses troveiq, you may choose to connect your account to that agency. troveiq will never prompt or encourage you to change agencies, and will never tell another agency who you are.
9.2 If you stop being a client of your agency for any other reason, or your agency stops sponsoring troveiq:
9.3 For 24 months after your agency relationship ends, troveiq and Your Loan Store will not use troveiq, or information about you obtained through it, to promote another agency's property management, leasing or sales services to you.
10.1 You can close your account at any time. Export your documents first. We delete your documents and personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
11.1 We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email of any material change to these terms. If you do not agree, you may close your account before the change takes effect.
12.1 Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, troveiq is not liable for decisions you make in reliance on estimates, calculators or market information, or for indirect or consequential loss.
