Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Your first 7 days are completely free with no card. We'll only ask for payment if you decide to keep going.
What happens after the free trial?
It's $20 a month, or $192 a year if you pay annually — a 20% saving, the equivalent of $16 a month. You choose at the end of your trial, and you can cancel anytime.
Is troveiq tax deductible?
For investors, it may be — as a cost of managing income-producing property. As a worked example: the $20/month plan is $240 a year, so an investor on the top marginal rate (47% incl. Medicare) would get back about $112 at tax time, bringing the real cost to roughly $10.60 a month. The saving is smaller at lower tax rates, and it only applies where you're using troveiq to manage property that's earning income. We're not tax advisers, so check your own situation with your accountant.
Is troveiq financial advice?
No. troveiq is an information and organisation tool. It shows you how things compare and what's complete so you can make your own decisions, or take a clear picture to your broker or accountant.
How many properties can I track?
